At A2 Pilates we aim to provide a fun, safe environment that is welcoming for all ages and all fitness levels. At A2 our classes are predominately done on reformers with also incorporating some floor work on mats. Our Classes are run by qualified Pilates Instructors that focus on correct technique so you get the most benefit from the class.
Our classes are run following the NSW school terms with a term usually running for 10 weeks.
Class Costs
1x class a week for a term $180
2x classes a week for a term $300
3x Classes a week for a term $360
Casual Classes hour $20 per class
Casual classes 45 minute $17 per class

To book into a group class you can either book online by clicking the book online button which will take you to our booking page and you will be able to see which classes have spots available or call us on 0408251583 to book into a class for a Term spot.
We also offer one on one Pilates if you would rather your own program to meet a specific fitness need or recovery from an injury. these booking can be made online by clicking the book appointment button on the home page and then click on Tocumwal Myotherapy and then clinical Pilates to make this type of booking.
Pilates is form of exercise that has been around for many years which emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Pilates also strengthens and lengthens muscles to produce long lean overall muscle tone, improves flexibility and mobility, increases energy levels leaving you with a body that feels strong and in control.
Reformer Pilates is the traditional floor exercises performed on a machine which uses springs as resistance. the reformer gives an allover body workout and enables us to also target specific muscle groups.
Pilates is suited for all ages as exercises can be accommodated to one’s personal fitness and ability and exercises can be catered for any pre-existing injuries.
